Early Gothic Revival Gothic architecture can easily be identified by the pointed arch. The windows and doors are often the same pointed shape. Generally the houses have a church-like appearance and are asymmetrical in shape. Some distinguishing characteristics are high chimneys, Pinnacles, battlements and a fragile appearance.
